Vishal Gupta was one of the first people to develop a theme for Windows Vista that mimics the Windows 7 operating system, even when official screenshots haven’t been released.
This makes the theme only a discrete update over Windows Vista Aero, and that includes a new taskbar, transparent titlebars in a maximized window and a slightly changed Control Panel shell
