Very nice except make the Windows logo smaller. It's too overpowering the rest of the page. Also, the tabs for the other pages not being viewed (in this example, the Home, News, and Community tabs) need not bleed into the page (maybe show a line at the boarder between the tab and the page, with a little shadow from the bottom of the tab).

Ya, looking good except for the Windows logo being too big and the shadow on it a little too strong. Other than that it's preeeetty preeetty pretty good.
